John, at the moment German and UK geographic numbers are available free of charge with unlimited inbound traffic through SIP. ENUM mappings are "static" in the way that enum zones cannot be configured by a user, but point to a SIP UAS at which you can register an * box. Let me know, if you want me to sign up.
