They are WARNINGs so disabling notices wouldn't help.

Getting them about every 10 seconds. It makes a mess of
the console.

Then get your SIP endpoint to send a properly formatted SUBSCRIBE request. A SUBSCRIBE request that doesn't indicate what message body format the subscriber is willing to accept is essentially pointless.
