This is what I have done to resolve it (I posted a few days ago on this)
exten => _9NXXNXXXXXX,1,Dial(gtalk/(value in
gtalk.conf)/+1(googlevoice#)@voice.google.com,30,D(wwwwww2www${EXTEN:1}#w))
