Thanks a lot for the idea Doug but it's complicated to use because i have to 
unset the flag every time that asterisk hangs up the call. Somebody knows 
another solution for our problem.

If you're going to be doing a read/background/dial, then just before any 
of them, set a variable. For example: 

exten s,1,Set(_Flag=Read) 
exten s,n,Read(get-admin-password|enter-password|||3|) 
exten s,n,Hangup() 


exten h,1,GotoIf($["${Flag}" = "Read"]?Do_Something) 


By the way, this is just off the top of my head, none of it has ever 
been tested.
