> And the mailbox 7167435000 does exist.... If the mailbox exists, then check the context. One of them isnt correct. Also check what the CLI says when you press 'a'. You may need to change MAILBOXID and MAILBOXCONTEXT to __MAILBOXID and __MAILBOXCONTEXT if you are transferring the calls before you get to the Voicemail app. __ causes asterisk to pass variables along with the call. Otherwise, if you transfer the calls within the dialplan, the variables you set get left behind.
