In that case, yes, various SS7 values/parameters will be available as Asterisk channel variables. They aren't documented much, unfortunately, but you can see them in channels/sig_ss7.c; just search for pbx_builtin_setvar_helper() function calls where the variable name starts with "SS7_". If you have more specific questions about Asterisk's support for SS7, join the asterisk-ss7 mailing list and ask there.
