Is it possible to have an incoming call forwarded directly to an internal user (we have ISDN and chan_capi)?
I have internal numbers like 101,102,103,104 and so on.
I need that an external user, that want to talk directly with one of us, can digit our company number and when * answer the phone waits for 5 second the input for the extension. If the extension matches the internal like 101 the call will be forwarded directly to the 101 user.
If * after 5 seconds doesn't get anything the call will be routed to the operator.
Is it possible without voice menu?
