My trunking (prefix 9 to get trunk access from either side of the link)
includes things like:
exten => _9NX.,1,Set(CALLERID(num)=9${CALLERID(num)})
exten => _9NX.,n,Dial(IAX2/remoteserver/${EXTEN:1},,wW)
