Hopefully not like too many people here, I tend to remember crap I read off
of google/voip-info.com/nerdvittles more than the actual Asterisk
books/pdf's/instructions.  I read the "silent" somewhere and it stuck above
the "skip instructions" (but it's actually the same net effect in this
case).

Completely irrelevant, but I always thought of 's' in the Voicemail()
application as "skip intstructions", not "silent".  Sorry, just one of those
things that made me go hmmm.  :)
