Hi, thanks for your reply. We're using PAP2T's. I've just recently found that this is most likely 'talk-off', a common issue with PAP2's. A new term for me, but once I found that it was much easier knowing what to search for.
I found a few suggestions on changing dtmf to 'inband' so I've done that now and see how it goes. If it continues we'll just have to switch out the devices for another brand...maybe ht286's? couldn't find any talk-off related issues for those so that might be a good next option. S.
