Raj, You are absolutely right. I am experiencing the *Problem 1*. I never experienced your *Problem 2*. In my opinion my problem is related to the call supervision (reverse polarity or voltage drop) being missed by Asterisk on occasion. I do not use busydetect as I do not want to have false positives.
