I think you maybe need to ask on elastix forum. They have a lot of files whit "on the fly creation". Yo need to see if this is a bug or another question.
When you reload asterisk from the frontend you will lose every change in those files. The only files who the reload don't recreate are those who hace "custom" in the filename. Best regards.
