I know Evariste Systems has a product called CSRP - http://evaristesys.com/pub/CSRP-ProductOverviewCapabilitiesSurvey.pdf - that looks very interesting and it is built for high-volume scenarios. It is basically a standalone box you route calls to. Just my two cents, l.
