I was wondering how difficult it would be to add a 2-3 sec delay before the Name or Extension is said. Some of our customers who call in are complaining that when they search for an employee by name by the time they have put there phone back to there ear the name has already been said.
Hope my rambling makes since. I am not a C programer by any stretch... Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
