A very ugly way to achieve this!
exten => 100,1,Dial(Local/101@extensions&Local/102@extensions)
[extensions]
exten => _X.,1,Dial(SIP/${EXTEN})
same => n,Execif($["${DIALSTATUS}"="BUSY"]?Answer():)
I couldn't test the code and has obvious side effects on CDR.
