So I assuming from reading the latest reply

Fax -> TDM 400P & TE410P <------> VoIP

The Following should be possible,
Fax Machines connected into the TMD400P card to send & receive
T1 PSTN into Current PBX (for fall back and local numbers)
T1 VoIP into Internet
The Fax machines can receive direct from PSTN or via VoIP
and send via PSTN or via VoIP, based on number called
local or long distance.
With the TMD400P set to use aLaw or uLaw codecs
Or am I missing something?
