This is what worked for me on a CentOS 6.4 32-bit system.

libuuid-2.17.2-12.9.el6_4.3.i686
libuuid-devel-2.17.2-12.9.el6_4.3.i686   <--------------------- this is the
one you need
uuid-1.6.1-10.el6.i686
uuid-devel-1.6.1-10.el6.i686

You will want the x86_64 versions of these for your system...
