Two newbie questions: 1) Does Asterisk support a consulting transfer? E.g., call comes in, Mary answers, Mary presses Transfer and dials Joe, verifies that Joe answers and informs him who is calling, and then presses Transfer to complete the transfer?
2) How does one set up a 3-party conference? With a traditional phone system, you press the Conference button on the phone, dial the 3rd party, and press Conference again. This doesn't seem to work with Asterisk.
