Starting with Asterisk 11 basic AMI commands are documented 
(https://wiki.asterisk.org/wiki/display/AST/Asterisk+11+Documentation). There 
are always some AMI changes as far as actions and events go. A complete 
documentation doesn't seem to be possible because there are so many modules and 
it seems that some 3rd third party modules are not well maintained. Most of the 
time I find it easier to capture the raw messages and interpret them 
independent of any docs.
