Since you are running a supported version of Asterisk, please file an issue on the bug tracker at issues.asterisk.org. Make sure that you generate a backtrace from the core file using the instructions on the wiki: https://wiki.asterisk.org/wiki/display/AST/Getting+a+Backtrace If you can reproduce the issue, that will help a lot as well.
