Akhilesh, for sip, just make sure you have up 5060 open and up 10000-20000 open in the security group to the public address where your phones will be (soft or hard phones). You shouldn't need the address of your trunk provider (since you should register to them). Of course you'll still need 22 open to manage the server, but you already have that.
