The documentation makes no mention of an > alternate method of loading modules. Don't know about asterisk 13, but in asterisk 11 you have to install asterisk-modules. This should be done automatically. Do you have asterisk-modules or equivalent installed? What does "dpkg -L asterisk-modules | grep chan" say about chan_sip.so?
