Thanks - I actually found the SIP notify command before, but the options seem to force checking for new config (in which case reboot), or cold/warm restart.
I was hoping to just force a re-register, not reboot. (Which in this particular case is a long interval which I cannot change, so need to force re-register on demand). -Raj-
