I never use caldav mode, always icalendar with Google Calendar. BTW, you use old versions of libical, Asterisk and Debian, I recommend you to upgrade or install a new server with Debian Stretch: You will have Asterisk 13, libical2 and security upgrades. Asterisk 11 doesn't have security fixes anymore.
