Hi,
 
 How I can log the progress of line/channel status ? 
 (Busy, Hangup etc) 
 I have a CRM appl with a softphone and I want from 
 this appl to log the results 
 (maybe from Manager API ?).

 Is this callprogress option working ? If yes, can I 
 handle it from Manager API or from a C#library ?
