Please do not post using HTML. At least you formating didn't suck as bad
as the microsoft weenies here, but don't do it.

Second, learn about a modern OS. The memory usage you are seeing with
top is appropriate. The OS will cache or buffer quite a bit as long as
there is RAM and activity. You can not use free memory or total memory
usage to tell crap about a good OS.

Third, use the fine GOOGLE. We covered this topic about a month ago by a
user doing exactly the same thing as you. I pointed out the problem with
the measuring tool then. You could have saved yourself this message by
having used your mind and asking the right thing to the google god.
