Are there any Asterisk-supported VoIP providers that have cheap inbound toll-free (ie, 800-number) rates? I know you can have your toll-free numbers pointed at traditional inbound VoIP providers (Voicepulse, etc) but I am looking for an integrated service that can do both parts... and hopefully save money at the same time.
