We had to roll back to the older version of rtp.c to get back the good audio with Nufone.
I did some experiments in forcing my * servers to communicate with each other only with iLBC. When I do that, and can see that they are indeed using iLBC, the quality is horrible. There is long stutter, like every sound is being "stretched" out.
