You need to setup the 7960 message button with an uri.
SIPXXXXXXXXXXXX.cnf:
messages_uri: "8599"
extensions.conf:
exten => 8599,1,VoicemailMain2(${CALLERIDNUM})
exten => 8599,2,Hangup
