I would think this would be a no-brainer. But, then, maybe I don't understand the complexities of the problem that needs to be solved in order to do this. I just know that there are lots of systems out there that deal quite adequately with this problem and don't experience echo issues (i.e., cell phone to PSTN connections from multiple companies, etc.).
