Read carefully. Sipura is offering crypto in their newest (yet to be released?) versions of code. Certain voice providers are offering support for Sipura's crypto features. Some of those providers are Asterisk based. Draw your own conclusions, then start either a) pestering them to release the code, or b) writing your own code with the AES support in it.
Additionally, the Zultys phones support SRTP.
