[Asterisk-Users] ATA (private) --> Xp (NAT/DHCP) --> Internet -->Asterisk (Public IP)

I can't get the sip to work.  I am getting so frunstrated.  It seems that 
this should be so easy to do.  My XP has no settings to forward the RTP 
ports.  How is this suppose to work.  They describe it all over the internet 
that it will work, but I need the exact details.  I have spent way to much 
time for what I have (nothing).

Please help
