No you MUST pay per channel because the patent holders require that. The patent holders would [EMAIL PROTECTED] kittens if you had no port limit or any type of control on it. That's why the control and registration processes are in place to comply with the patent holders requirements. So your request translates into "I want something for nothing".


I see it as the patent holders who want something for nothing. Haven't they been paid enough millions to justify that tiny amount of work yet?


CELP (Code Excited Linear Prediction) and (more specifically) ACELP was a revolutionary change in encoding of voice, it ain't a 'tiny amount of work'.
