Like everyone else, I'm only guessing here. I've got two different T-1s running on two different Asterisk PBXs. One of them is a PRI circuit from AT&T. Getting that T-1 up was interested because of the cabling. Is it possible that you've got a Cross-over cable connecting the Asterisk to the D-Mark? When dealing with this type of problem; its best to start with the basics and work up. If the wires are crossed; it would impact the D-Channel.
