Hello,
I understand these licensing issues very well. I
don't reside in the US, so I assume that there is no problem, especially for
testing/development, and not commercial use.
What I was asking however, is whether there is an
alternative G.723.1 library which compiles with asterisk other than the one we
can find on the ITU website.
