Read the WiKi.  Use the AgentCallBackLogon application; and when
prompted to enter a new extension, just press the # (pound) key.  You
will then hear a message that the agent has been logged off.

Auto-logout would be nice to have too... if they don't answer a call 
directed to them, they wouldn't get any more until they log back in.
