Yep, that's new. And still, I wouldn't send them money without being able to read more about their services and maybe find a TOS or subscriber agreement. Who knows, maybe they're really good -- just hard to tell when they give you hardly any info at all and then get smart when you ask a simple question. My business sense says "skip'em" and find the next provider.
