Oops! stupid error. I forgot to add the mailbox context
I have some new messages in mailbox 824, but the manager command reports this:
Response: Success Message: Mailbox Message Count Mailbox: 824 NewMessages: 0 OldMessages: 0
The MailboxStatus command also reports 0 for message status.
