Hi all,
        it is possible implement automatic agents with asterisk? That
is, I would like define a context with IVR system and add this context
like as Agents. For example,
        A call ge into the system.
        1. try to connect with any agents(if an agents pick up the call,
OK
        2. If any agent is available I would like call to a context. In
this context I provide options to caller to do some services.


Any idea?
