What about complexity of your requirements? dial plan? wishes? support?
Maybe it better to say in hours? I think can work on this for $50/hour or even less if needs. :-)
In meantime if you need just simple help with basic deployment the asterisk and connecting dial plan for 10-100users then it can be even free of charge.
