I am new to asterisk. And I have some newbie questions :-)
I like to use asterisk I our office (around 20 phones) but we need to see if a user is at the moment using his phone so he can not get a second call from someone. Sometimes this is called a telephonecenter where I can see the used "lines".
Is it possible to configure the frontend to autoaccept internal incoming calls? Our employees often use this feature to search each other ....
