[Asterisk-Users] Music on hold

I have been working on the music on hold part for a few hours today and
I found something that just doesn't sound right.
 
If I just run asterisk via service "service asterisk start' everything
work but MOH
If I run it via asterisk -vvvvvgcd MOH works... 
 
 
Any idea what the difference is ?
