I have tried many things... reading all day also... I have tried those
different dial plans... without luck...

Have you looked at the consultants page on the wiki ? The
question you pose is fairly basic setup. It doesn't look
like you've even *tried* to do any configuration. Might as
well pay someone to get you up and running, at least at
first.
