Speaking without experience of the exact combination you mention, but I'd expect that BT will send these to you using the combinations as follows:
CLI: present Screening: available - Released number CLI: absent Screening: withheld - Withheld number CLI: absent Screening: available - Unavailable Number CLI: absent Screening: not available/interworking - Unavailable Number If you have access to the screening flag, this should help you.
