Hello,

We had Allegiance a year ago and had several problems with them (both service and billing), We also have XO right now and have had several service problems with them, they decided to move our DIDs to a different trunk without telling us(We've also had this problem with Qwest), they shut one of our T1s off for 2 hours and their response was "Oops, Sorry" So we aren't too happy with them. AT&T is good but expensive, so is Verizon. We are using NewSouth for most of our local T1s now and have had a great experience with them. We also have Global Crossing long distance T1s which go out for about a half hour every week, We also have MCI T1s which seem to be fine so far.

Hope this helps.

We use Allegiance it's been very good to us. It's now X/O but still we have had no outage. We have a AT&T and a  Sprint line as well. Sprint is evil and sucks. AT&T is good but for the price I can get more from Allegiance down here in South Florida.

We're in South Florida, right now we primarily use Xpedius PRI and 2 IDS PRI's. We were looking at getting a MCI PRI but upon reviews from a few people I know that have them, I decided against it.

Can anybody recommend good/reliable T1 PRI providers for South Florida? Should I stick to big names only (ATT, Sprint, etc.)?
