Are you answering the line first? I have it working like this:
exten => 700,1,Answer
exten => 700,2,Echotest
exten => 700,3,Hangup
I tried that but I still get:
-- Executing Answer("SIP/2000-00b8", "") in new stack
-- Executing Echo("SIP/2000-00b8", "") in new stack
== Spawn extension (from-sip, 700, 2) exited non-zero on 'SIP/2000-00b8'
