The problem you experience looks like a usage of incorrect libraries at run time. This problem has been reported and solved many times in the past, through this mailing list but I guess that you didn't check.
Check again the libraries (OpenH323/Pwlib) that you use at run time.

I have asked this question in the mail list before.
Someone solved the problem. He said it's due to a
problem with redhat 9.0 and need to use the latest
glibc and libssl. But the latest version of glibc is
2.3.2, and the glibc in redhat 9 is also 2.3.2. I
tried to download the glibc and comply it. But still
can't work. So where is the problem?
Could you give me more details to help me solv this
problem?
