[Asterisk-Users] How to use SER together with Asterisk and to preserve Asterisk features like Dialplan, etc.

When we use SER the users can contact directly without Asterisk and in 
this case
the Asterisk functionality like Dialplan, VoiceMail, IVR, etc., can not 
be used.
Is there any way to use SER and Asterisk features together?
