Anyone out there have a call center running with
Asterisk? We run a small helpdesk and need some basic ICD functionality
... agent ready/not ready, call queueing, etc. There doesn't seem to be
too much out there in the way of open source, so we're also looking for
commercial solutions that will work with Asterisk. Any ideas?
