We've only ordered from them once, but so far they have surpassed our experience with other (unnamed) resellers. I placed an order with them for two phones at 4:30pm their time. Within 30 minutes, I had a confirmation invoice and a Fedex tracking number, and the phones went out that night. From other sources, we're about 50%. That means 50% of the time, we get our stuff and the rest of the time the order is either lost or significantly delayed.
